CLEARINGHOUSE

If you have surplus new equipment or other equipment in serviceable condition that you are willing to donate to needy first responder organizations, the America's First Responders Foundation will serve as a clearinghouse for you. There are first responders who do not have basic fire fighting equipment such as turnout gear and SCBA, or basic domestic preparedness training materials. Examples of equipment needed include turnout gear, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), hand and power-operated tools, infrared cameras, portable generators, and current training materials. Also please consider donating copies of current first responder training materials (e.g., CDs, videos, and printed materials and lesson plans). Please contact us at info@afrfoundation.org, or by mail to discuss details of your proposed donation(s).

If your organization is in urgent need of equipment to help ensure your responders' safety, let us know. We will try to locate organizations that are willing to donate the needed equipment.
